• CBC will determine the maximum number of participants in each class;

• Reserving a class is available up to (15) minutes before the class start time. The most convenient way to make sure you get into the class you want is to reserve it online;

• Please arrive (15) minutes before class. Class attendance is not permitted (5) minutes prior to class start time;

• You will receive an email or text from CBC up to one (1) hour prior to the class start time;

• We offer ten (10) spots on our waitlist;

• If you sign up for the waitlist, you are agreeing to the same terms as signing up for a class;

• If you're on the waitlist but cannot make the class, you are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist;

• You may also call the studio to check your wait-list status if you do not have access to your email. Additionally, you can use the Mindbody app to see your waitlist position.

• All reservations must be cancelled (12) hours prior to class time to avoid a cancellation fee;

• All class reservations made within the (12) hours of a class start time will count as a class attended;

• If you do not show up on time, cancel your class, or contact us within the appropriate amount of time before your class start time, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of ($21) plus GST. No exceptions. This late cancellation fee applies to all unlimited memberships, monthly class pass memberships, punch passes and drop ins;

• If you were on the waitlist and were moved into the class but do not attend, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

• You must review and sign CBC liability release and waiver before attending any class or event;

• The waiver can be signed online or in CBC’s studio;

• If you are under (19) years of age, the waiver must be co-signed by your parent/guardian at CBC’s studio;

• If you are under (14) years of age, the waiver must be co-signed by your parent/guardian who also must remain on-site during your class.

• All classes must be paid in full before attending a class;

• All clients must have valid payment information on file before receiving products or services;

• We accept cash and credit cards in our studio, online purchases can be made by credit card;

• For unlimited memberships and monthly class pass memberships, monthly pre-authorized payments will be charged to your credit card;

• Gift cards are valid for CBC classes and merchandise only and cannot be converted into cash value;

• In the event that any payments are declined, an additional $30.00 service charge will be applied to your member profile account.

• The minimum term to cancel a month to month unlimited membership or month to month class pass membership is (1) month;

• The minimum term to cancel a (3) month unlimited membership is (3) months unless a full (3) month term has been completed if so, the minimum cancellation of a membership is (1) month;

• If you cancel a membership contract we require (30) days advance notice;

• If you must terminate the contract due to prolonged illness/injury or are moving more than (30) kilometers away we require (30) days advance notice. To avoid further obligations to pay we will require;

- A doctor’s note indicating your inability to resume participation, or

- Proof of government address change. 

• Unlimited monthly memberships (1) and (3), our (8) and (12) classes per month memberships, (2) week unlimited and non-monthly punch passes are non-transferrable and can not be shared.

• All non-monthly 5 class punch passes expire in (3) months, 10 class punch passes expire in (6) months, and drop-in pricing options have a (1) month expiration from the date of purchase. All other unlimited memberships and monthly class pass memberships automatically renew at the end of the designated term until client provides termination in writing. Our 2 Week Unlimited for New clients expires (14) days from the date of purchase. Special offer punch passes expire as per their designated term;

• One time discounted monthly unlimited and monthly class pass memberships expire at the end of the designated term;

• All sales are final. CBC has a no-refund policy for any online and in-studio purchases including but not limited to memberships, punch passes, event tickets, specials, and product.

• By using the services and facilities of CBC you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

• Clients with unlimited memberships are permitted to attend class (2) times a day.

• New members who purchase our 2-Week Unlimited introductory package are permitted to attend (1) class per day.

• CBC is not responsible for any members lost, damaged, or stolen items. All items left in the studio will be kept in our lost and found for (30) days and then donated to a cause of our choice;

• No glass drinking bottles or jars are permitted in the studio at any time.
