Clients should always bring water to sip on throughout the class and a towel, we have rental towels if you need one. General workout wear is perfect for your ride. Yes, we have two separate change rooms for men and women. We also have two washrooms that you could do a quick change if the change rooms are full.

We offer online booking that most of our clients find convenient with their schedules. Please book your class from our website schedule or if you have an account you can book via the Mindbody app.

We also offer drop-in service for any class as long as there is a space.

If your desired class is full, your name will automatically be put on the waitlist. Please treat this as if you are booked into the class. Bring your workout clothes to work. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as someone cancels out of the class.

Doors are closed 5 minutes before class start time. If you arrive after the start of the class unfortunately, you will not be allowed entry. This is for safety and to preserve the experience of all the other riders in the class. You will be charged our late fee.

Please do not leave the class early unless you feel unwell, are injured or you feel you are unable to continue due to medical or health reasons.

For all classes, Cyclebeat Club operates with a 12 hour Cancellation Policy. Our late cancellation fee is $21 plus GST. For complete details please read our terms and conditions.

Clients can cancel their booking online as long as it is outside of our 12 hour cancellation policy window. Cancelling by email is accepted but it too must be outside of our 12 hour cancellation policy in order to avoid being charged the late cancellation fee.

Our Keiser M3i bikes are compatible with Shimano® SPD cleats. Our pedals are also equipped with toe clips and straps if you prefer to wear runners.

Yes there is one shower but we suggest making it a quick one as there may be other clients needing it. We do supply shower gel and hair shampoo/conditioner. We have bath towels for rent should you need one and blow dryers are provided in the large wash room and the women’s change room.
