December 2020:

On Sunday, Dec 13th at 12:15 pm, Sally Larrington-Brown shared a 30 minute Spin class video to support the Emerald Day Spa’s 2nd Annual fund raising efforts for the Victoria Women’s Transition House Society.

This two day Women Empowered Fund Raiser event featured wellness tips, presentations guest speakers and give aways.

A free draw included one of our newly printed apparel items to one of the lucky participants.
